Rest House "Kedar"

Two-storey building with total built-up area = 296.20 m2 of wooden prefabricated elements with monolithic foundations and an above-ground slab. An assessment of the compliance of the investment projects was carried out and the construction of the first Kedrov house in Bulgaria was carried out - a product of Lindal Cedar Homes, USA. A technical passport of the building has been drawn up. According to the legislative framework in force at the time of putting into operation, an energy passport has been drawn up.
